USA Swimming - Middle Atlantic/Individual Competition

 USA Swimmers can compete through the Middle Atlantic States.  http://www.maswim.org/  Most meets attended by Penn Aquatics swimmers are in the New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania areas.  Their season covers both 25 Yard Short Course (meets from October through March) and 50 Meter Long Course. (meets from May through July)  Any questions regarding our USA program, please contact usaregistrar@pennaquatics.com .

Swimmers also participate at the S.A.L. dual meet level.  This program is open to all swimmers who are willing to train on a consistent basis.  

Swimmers are grouped as:  

• USA Seniors - Ages 12 & up
• USA Juniors - Ages 9-11
• USA Minis - Ages 5-8
