PENN Aquatics USA Fall/Winter 2023-2024

Registration opens July 14, 2023 for the 2023-2024 season for returning PENN families and July 28, 2023 for new members!

The monthly membership fee will be automatically billed on the first of each month beginning September 1.

There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee for each swimmer billed at the time of registration. This fee will be $85 for Seahorse and $135 for all other groups thru August 18 and will increase on August 19 to $105 for Seahorse and $155 for all other groups per swimmer which includes;  

• 2 PENN Aquatics team swim caps (if signed up before August 25 cap will include swimmers last name)
• 2 PENN Aquatics t-shirts for swimmer (size is collected during registration please update your swimmers size)
• 2 PENN Aquatics t-shirts for parent/guardian (sizes will be collected separately from registration)
• Team gift 
• Buying new and/or more equipment for training

Multiple Swimmer Discount - There is a 10% discount on the monthly membership fee for each additional swimmer registered after the first swimmer. 

Seahorse swimmers are included with our USA swim registration. They will receive 2 team swim caps (if signed up before August 25 cap will include swimmers last name) and 1 swimmer t-shirt. ALL Seahorse swimmers MUST be evaluated before registration will be approved. Seahorse swimmers will swim twice a week and be billed monthly. 

IMPORTANT: NEW swimmers or swimmers who did not swim during the 2022-2023 season MUST sign up for an evaluation. Please click here to schedule an evaluation. If you register before you are evaluated and you do not belong on the swim team you will NOT be issued a refund of the registration fee.

**All memberships require two weeks' notice before the start of a new billing cycle to cancel a membership. Billing runs monthly on the first of every month from September until July. All requests to cancel a membership MUST be sent via email to [email protected]. 

Swim meet/USA fees will be billed and are to be paid in full prior to canceling a membership. Swimmers who commit to a swim meet and are unable to swim will not be guaranteed a refund. If we do not have to pay the fee you will not be billed for your swimmer missing the meet. Otherwise you will be required to pay the meet fees.

Members must have a valid credit card on file.

**A USA registration fee will need to be independently paid directly to USA Swimming. More details on how to register your swimmer with USA Swimming will be sent when available. Swimmers MUST be registered with USA Swimming to participate in swim meets.**
