Pre-Season Clinic

Swimmers of all abilities are invited to attend the PENN Aquatics Technique and Training Clinics this August! These clinics are designed to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced competitive techniques, providing swimmers with a week-long program improving and advancing training skills. We will spend time on all aspects of the stroke from break outs to finishes. Step-by-step instructions to help the progress of the development of your swimmer. Unique features of this clinic include daily stroke analysis and individualized feedback and attention for all swimmers.

Clinics are geared toward competitive swimmers from 8 to 18 years old at all levels who want to increase their swimming ability and knowledge of the sport. Our aim is to provide a fun and safe learning environment throughout each of our clinics, meeting everyone’s needs from novice to advanced swimmers. 

Clinic Options

Butterfly & Breaststroke from August 18 to 22
Backstroke & Freestyle August 25 to 29 

Times

Ages 8-10 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM*
Ages 11-18 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM*
*Each session is limited to 24 swimmers. 

Location All clinics will be held at the Pennsbury Pool

Cost $65 per swimmer, per clinic. 

Registration You do not need to be a member of PENN Aquatics or USA Swimming to participate in these clinics. All swimmers from all teams are welcome. Register through our website.
